Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)

Please go to: tatlife.com to learn more about TAT.

A fellow EPFX practitioner from Toronto sent me an e-mail about TAT today. She teaches her clients how to do EFT but she started teaching them how to do TAT because she believes that it is far more effective and the results are more profound. So I tried TAT on myself and I was amazed by my results. This technique allows you to be less specific than EFT does so you can group a number of negative feelings or negative events that you went through in your life in just one TAT session.

I have been studying the law of attraction for years. Because I understand this law so well, I have come to the realization that there is no such thing as the law of assertion — everything that happens to anyone is attracted by the way they feel about themselves. But the thing that I have found to be very difficult is how do I change a negative belief that I have about something into a positive one? Affirmative thinking and meditation are great tools that can help you do this but I’ve found that they take a lot of time. EFT is great because it takes no time at all to get over something and I think that TAT is even more powerful because it allows you to get over many things all in a very short period of time. Check out the videos below to learn how to do TAT or go to the TAT website (listed above) to download the manual and learn it on your own.
